Cardiac consultation for chest pain

Service Description

The most commonly diagnosed cardiac symptoms is chest pain. Chest pain can be evaluated in our clinic with consultation, cardiac examination, EKG, and cardiac imaging and testing to determine the cause of symptom. The cost of cardiology consultation for evaluation of chest pain symptoms usually starts at $125.00 for new patients. This offer allows for uninsured, new patients to receive a $50.00 discount for out-of-pocket expense if appointment is booked online. Therefore, uninsured patients will pay $75.00 for online booking. Discount does not apply to testing, imaging, or procedures, i.e. labs, ECG, stress testing, echo, angiograms, etc., if needed. (Insured patients: we accept most insurance company cards for coverage of all medical expenses in insured patients, leaving insured patients with minimal, if any, out-of-pocket co-pay or cost.) Please bring a list of all medical conditions, surgeries, medication and supplement list, medical allergy list, recent lab results, i.e. CBC, CMP, lipid panel, TSH, Vitamin D, CRP, calcium score (if available), cardiac testing reports, i.e. ECG, stress test, echo, angiogram/cath, PCI (if available), name and contact information for primary care physician, including fax number (if available). This will assist in continuity of care and providing a comprehensive cardiac evaluation. There is a $25.00 nonrefundable fee for missed appointments if the patient does not reschedule or cancel the appointment within 48 hours of appointment date and time.
